Shipping policy

Processing & Handling

All orders will be processed and handled within 1 to 2 business days, or 24 to 48 hours after purchase. This does not include weekends or holidays. If you placed an order before 2 PM then that day would count as a business day. We ship out orders on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and sometimes on Saturday depending on orders with expedited shipping. As an example, if you placed an order on Tuesday before 2:00 PM then it will ship out on Wednesday. If you placed on order on Tuesday, after 2:00 PM, then you expect your order to ship out on Friday. If you placed an order on Friday, or Saturday before 2PM, you can expect your order to ship out on Monday. Shipping

All orders are shipped out after process and handling using USPS, FedEx or UPS depending on your location and the fastest service available for order within the United States. For International orders, we will use UPS, USPS, FedEx or DHL. Please allow the respective amount of days for your order to be delivered depending on which shipping method you choose. Economy Shipping is between 5-8 days, Standing Shipping is between 3-5 days, and Expedited shipping is either 1-2 days depending on which option you choose. We have partnered rates so we are always offering you the cheapest method possible. If you require a quick delivery time, you must choose to pay for expedited shipping.  Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays. You will receive a tracking number upon item shipment so you can keep track of your delivery date at your convenience. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any additional questions or concerns!

International Markets

We primarily service the United States and Canada with limited options for International Shipping. Here is a complete list of countries we will begin shipping to during Phase 2. Phase 2 is coming soon:
